Recently, valued clients from Australia paid an on‑site inspection visit to Zhangzhou CCAT Construction Technology Co., Ltd., a national high‑tech enterprise focusing on steel‑structure design, intelligent fabrication and global export. The purpose of this visit was to verify our manufacturing capacity, quality‑control system and compliance with Australian project requirements, exploring potential long‑term cooperation on steel workshops, warehouses and custom steel component projects.
Accompanied by our management, engineering and QA/QC team, the Australian delegation toured our whole‑site facilities, including production workshops, blasting & coating workshop, finished‑goods yard and office building. The guests observed the full production workflow: raw material incoming inspection, CNC cutting, assembly, certified welding, correction, shot blasting, anti‑corrosion coating and final inspection before shipment.
During the factory tour, our technical team shared key factory parameters: total plant area of 76,625 ㎡, maximum lifting capacity of 40 tons, and stable monthly production output over 3,500 tons. The visiting clients showed strong interest in our quality‑management system. We demonstrated our compliance with international standards including EN 1090‑1 CE certification, EN ISO 3834‑2 welding system and ISO 9001:2015, which meet acceptance requirements for Australian construction projects.
Our 146‑member team, including professional engineers, QA/QC inspectors and certified welders, drew special attention from the Australian guests. The delegation raised detailed technical questions about steel grade selection, welding specification, anti‑rust coating solutions, dimensional tolerance and export delivery schedule for local Australian projects.
