C and Z channel is made of galvanized steel strips by the method of cold-bending
formed.The surface treatment are galvanized or bare. It has many advantages compared
with traditional structural steel, such as light weight, excellent
performance cross-section, high-strength and so on.
C/Z purlins are lightweight, cold-formed steel profiles crucial for modern steel structures. Holes are made during production at continuous line,some additional notes are showing as follows:
· Holes can be made in a row or positions as per your design;
· Oval and rectangular holes can be rotated by 90°;
· Please contact us for additional information about the pre-punching possibilities,if you have any special hole punching requirement about hole size and hole shapes.
Production process:
1) Material preparation:Usually our steel material standards of Z purlin is Chinese standards Q195/235/345,we could also make as per your steel standards;
2)Hole pre-punched:If you have hole punching requirement,we could exactly punch the holes as per your requirements;
3)Cutting:Length could be any customized size,but it will be limited by container size,it's max 5.8meters for 20FT container and 11.8meters for 40FT container;
4)Quality inspection:We have QC people in workshop to do quality inspection,to ensure the product quality for customers.
