Driven by the "dual carbon" goal,Zhangzhou CCAT Construction Technology Co., Ltd. has built a full-chain green manufacturing system covering "design-production-surface treatment" by introducing the QA15-25 new steel structure shot blasting machine. The equipment uses high-speed shot blasting technology to complete the surface cleaning of a single 12-meter steel component within 10 minutes, with a rust removal rate of 100%, while reducing dust emissions by 90% through the shot circulation system.

The company's quality director said that the surface roughness uniformity of steel components after shot blasting is increased by 35%, and the coating adhesion is increased by 2 times, effectively extending the service life of the building. This process improvement has enabled CCAT steel structure products to successfully enter markets with strict environmental protection requirements such as Singapore and the United Arab Emirates. From January to June 2025, the company's steel structure orders exported to countries participating in the construction of the "Belt and Road" increased by 34% year-on-year, of which green building projects accounted for more than 60%.

It is worth noting that the "low-carbon steel structure anti-corrosion coating" jointly developed by Zhongchengtou and the School of Materials of Xiamen University has entered the pilot stage. The coating uses water-based inorganic resin, and its VOC emissions are 85% lower than those of traditional solvent-based coatings. It is expected to be mass-produced in 2026. As Xiamen's private enterprises led the country in export growth in the first half of the year, Zhongchengtou is leveraging technological innovation to create new opportunities for the green transformation of steel structure exports.
