Process Introduction

C and Z channel is made of galvanized steel strips by the method of cold-bending

formed.The surface treatment are galvanized or bare. It has many advantages compared

with traditional structural steel, such as light weight, excellent

performance cross-section, high-strength and so on.

C/Z purlins are lightweight, cold-formed steel profiles crucial for modern steel structures. C-purlins (U-shaped with parallel flanges) offer high load-bearing capacity, ideal for roofs and walls requiring stiffness. Z-purlins (Z-shaped with angled flanges) provide excellent overlapability, reducing material waste in continuous spans. Both are corrosion-resistant, often galvanized, and cost-effective. They simplify installation, support cladding materials, and distribute loads efficiently, ensuring durability in industrial, commercial, and residential buildings. Choose C for stability or Z for flexibility—key components for robust, versatile steel frameworks.

Holes are made during production at continuous line,some additional notes are showing as follows:

· Holes can be made in a row or positions as per your design;

· Oval and rectangular holes can be rotated by 90°;

· Please contact us for additional information about the pre-punching possibilities,if you have any special hole punching requirement about hole size and hole shapes.

1) Material preparation:Usually our steel material standards of Z purlin is Chinese standards Q195/235/345,we could also make as per your steel standards;

2)Hole pre-punched:If you have hole punching requirement,we could exactly punch the holes as per your requirements;
3)Cutting:Length could be any customized size,but it will be limited by container size,it's max 5.8meters for 20FT container and 11.8meters for 40FT container;
4)Quality inspection:We have QC people in workshop to do quality inspection,to ensure the product quality for customers.

Q2: What is your terms of payment? 
A: L/C and T/T

Q3: What's the quality assurance you provided and how do you control quality?
A: Established a procedure to check products at all stages of the manufacturing process - raw materials, in process materials, validated or tested materials, finished goods, etc. We accept customers to inspect the goods at the factory and provide steel structure inspection reports for each batch of goods

Q4: How to pack the products?
A: 1- Steel structure components will be in packaging with proper protection. 
2- Sandwich panels will be covered with plastic film. 
3- Bolts and other accessories will be loaded into wooden Boxes 
4- All the structure components, panels, bolts and sorts of accessories will be well packed with standard package suitable for ocean transport and loaded into 40’HQ. 
 5- All the products are loaded at the loading site of our factory using crane and forklift by our skilled workers, who will
prevent the goods to be damaged.

Q5: Do you offer guiding installation on site overseas for the buildings?
A: Yes, we can provide the service of installation, supervision and training by extra. We can send our professional technical
engineer to supervise installation on site overseas. They have succeeded in many countries such as USA, Dubai, South
Africa,Algeria, and Ghana.
